Became stringer in Yonex US since 2015, came to Japan in 2019 and joined Yonex Japan. Now work in Tokyo show room. Supported 2021 Tokyo Olympics as a stringer.

What is your current job description?
I assist customers who come to our Tokyo Showroom, by shoe fitting, racket stringing, and dealing with their issues in several languages. Aside from that, I create POPs, do photo shoots and manage SNS.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your current job?
I am happy upon seeing our customers feel satisfied when I assist them. I always try to show them the good features and functions of our products, from badminton to snowboard.
What is your outlook for the future?
I would like to support someone's smile through sports. I would like to be involved in other aspects of our global business in the future.

A Day in the Life of an Employee

  • 10:00

    Meeting Monthly team meeting. Share information about last month activity, and next month strategy.

  • 10:30

    Prepare for open show room Cleaning up show room and wait for customer.

  • 11:00

    Customer communication, POP creation, photo shooting Mainly communicate with customer and also create POP and photo shoot.

  • 20:30

    Closing the show room Calculate sales results and number of customers in our shoroom and report the data to HQ.

    Playing badminton Practice badminton with colleagues once a week.
