- What is your current job description?
- Joined Yonex in 2012, became in charge of walking shoes development, and was promoted as a chief in 2012. Took maternity leave from 2016 to 2017, and was promoted to Kakaricho (team leader) in 2018.
- What is the most rewarding aspect of your current job?
- It's being in charge of walking shoes development, where I mainly communicate with marketing department and learn more about our products. A part of our job is deciding on the design and color of shoes.
- What is your outlook for the future?
- It is challenging to come up with a lot of original concepts, but when I hear good feedback from our customers, I feel very happy about it.
