- What is your current job description?
- In charge of registering product master data and maintaining internal system in Yonex. Was in charge of managing system account and help desk in the past.
- What is the most rewarding aspect of your current job?
- Honestly, I didn't have enough knowledge about IT related matters, So, it was difficult to answer questions when I joined Yonex. After several years of experience, I gained more knowledge. When I hear "Thank you," "I finally get it," "That's helpful", I feel a good sense of satisfaction.
- What is your outlook for the future?

In the midst of "reform of work styles" and "globalization," I would like to manage things one at a time.
I would like to create an environment in which employees can work the same way they do in the company, no matter where they are, and make sure that all employees can make the most of the company's internal systems to perform their work.

Meeting We have weekly meeting every week, share progress of each team member's project
