Joined Yonex in 1987 as a team member of Badminton production. Promoted to team leader, chief and Assistant Manager, now deputy-GM of Badminton production.
- What is your current job description?
- Manage all processes of Badminton production team, especially about safety and efficiency.
- What is the most rewarding aspect of your current job?
- I feel happy when all production processes went smoothly. Also, I feel excited about hearing customers' positive feedback.
- What is your outlook for the future?
- I would like to educate team members and be a part of "made by Yonex" and "Made in Japan."
